To disseminate, demonstrate and validate improved farming system technologies in farmers’
participatory mode.
To carryout impact analysis and provide feedback to the scientists for need-based
refinement of improved technologies.
To undertake national and international training programmes and short-term courses in
frontier areas of integrated farming systems research and development.
To develop and publish extension literature on improved farming systems technologies and
