Project Coordination Unit (PC Unit) is Coordinating the research, administrative and
financial aspects of two plan schemes namely All India Coordinated Research Project on Integrated Farming
Systems (AICRP-IFS) and All India Network Programme on Organic Farming (AINP-OF). In addition to the
coordination of national schemes, PC Unit is operating institute-AICRP-IFS/AINP-OF linked research projects
and also externally funded projects from national and international agencies.
Mandate
To coordinate and monitor integrated farming systems and organic farming research in
the country
Target activities
Co-ordinate and monitor the IFS and Organic farming research and development through
on-station and on-farm research centres of AICRP on IFS and AI-NPOF schemes.
Develop repository of information on cropping, farming systems and organic farming
research in the country.
