35th Foundation Day

ICAR-Indian Institute of Farming Systems Research, Modipuram, Meerut celebrated its 35th Foundation Day on 01 April, 2024. The programme was celebrated in Hybrid mode (physically and virtually both) in which, Director/representatives from different NRM Institutes; all the employees of ICAR-IIFSR, PIs and Co-PIs from different AICRP-IFS, AINP-OF Centres; Head/Director from ICAR-CPRIC, Modipuram, ICAR-CIRC, Meerut; farmers, FPOs, SHGs, and agri-preneurs took part during different events. The programme was inaugurated by the Programme Chairman and Hon. DDG (NRM) ICAR, New Delhi, Dr. S. K. Chaudhari. Dr. K.K. Singh, Vice Chancellor, SVPUAT, Meerut was the Chief Guest during the function. Dr Rajbir Singh, ADG (AAFCC), Dr. A. Velmurugan ADG (SWM) ICAR, New Delhi; Dr. A.K. Mohanty, Director ICAR-CIRC, Meerut; Dr. R.K. Singh, Head, ICAR-CPRI-RS, Modipuram were Guest of Honour during the function.
